Everything you, your team and your AI agents create — in one clean, pretty-looking view.
A minimal, clean interface — designed to feel good, not just work somehow.
A comfortable place for your .md files, versions you
never have to think about, sharing without attachments, and no price tag.
AI agents and
people increasingly keep their working material in plain .md
files — notes, specs, prompts, instructions. Duditor is the editor for that: no hashes or asterisks on
screen, proper formatting, good design — and the kind of comfort you already expect from an ordinary text
editor.
.md
file in your folder — the same file your agents, scripts and teammates already open.Your team, your engineers, and any AI agent working on the files always see the same, current version — and nothing you write is ever lost.
You don't need to know a single git command for any of this. Save your version, pull in everyone else's changes, see what changed — it's all a handful of clear buttons, no terminal, no jargon.
Want someone to see what you're working on right now? Just send them a link — no exporting, no attaching a file to an email, no converting it to a PDF first.
Everything you've shared lives in one place: if you forget what you sent and to whom, it's easy to check — and just as easy to revoke access at any time. You can also see who's opened it, and how often.
No seats, no subscription, no "contact sales." The editor, the git integration, the sharing — all of it is free, with nothing held back behind a paywall later.
No company behind it, no investors to answer to. An engineer who wanted a better markdown editor, and an artist who made sure it didn't look like one.
I built Duditor because I wanted a great editor and viewer for markdown files with git built in — and nothing like that, that was actually pleasant to use and didn't lag, existed yet. It also became a bit of an experiment: could I build and launch a real product almost entirely with AI — product, design direction, marketing, all of it? And since I wanted it to actually look and feel good, not like something an AI churned out on autopilot, I brought in an artist I trust completely — my wife. This turned into a family project in the best way.
I am an artist behind Duditor's look and feel. I designed Dudie, the app's little mascot, and shaped the whole visual world around it — because software doesn't have to look like software.
